USGS collects invaluable hydrological data, but the raw feeds can be hard to browse. WaterLevels.org bridges that gap with an interactive map, station pages, and recent history drawn directly from official monitoring stations.
Whether you are checking a local river, comparing nearby gauges, or exploring conditions across a state, the goal is the same: clear access to public water data with full attribution.
Data sources
Nearly all values come from the USGS Water Data APIs. Provisional readings can change as USGS reviews and approves observations. For the authoritative record at any station, use the official USGS page linked from each gauge.
